BEGINNER
This is the introductory stage for beginners who are new to springboard diving. Divers at this level are learning the basic techniques and building confidence in their abilities. The focus is on safety, fundamental skills, and having fun.

Divers at this stage have mastered the basics and are ready to take on more challenging dives. They work on improving their form, timing, and control. The emphasis is on refining techniques and building consistency in their dives.
AAU MEETS
NOVICE & JUNIOR Divers will gain experience competing in local AAU Meets. AAU provides an incredible opportunity for new and existing divers to meet and exceed their goals in diving!
Depending on their own abilities and goals, they can dive into local, regional, High School levels, and possibly qualify for national diving events. To be competitive, divers will need to practice at least 3-times per week and up to 5 days for some of our National level divers.

HIGH SCHOOL DIVING
At this stage, divers demonstrate a higher level of skill and precision. They perform more complex dives with greater confidence and consistency. The focus is on enhancing performance, increasing difficulty, and perfecting entry into the water.

Divers at this stage exhibit expert-level skills and are proficient in executing advanced dives. They have a deep understanding of dive mechanics and can perform a wide variety of dives with precision and grace. The focus is on achieving excellence and preparing for competitive events.

This stage represents mastery in springboard diving. Divers at this level are highly skilled and have extensive experience. They perform intricate and technically demanding dives with ease. The emphasis is on pushing the limits of what is possible and achieving peak performance.
AAU & USA DIVING MEETS
National Level Divers will compete through AAU Diving . National Level divers have the option to dive in the USA Diving REGION 1, qualify for ZONE A, and then the USA Junior National Championships!

This is the pinnacle of springboard diving. Divers at the this stage are elite athletes who perform at the highest level of the sport. They execute complex and daring dives with exceptional precision and artistry. The focus is on competing at the highest levels, breaking records, and inspiring the next generation of divers.
